Payment Policy

Payment Method: Our primary payment method is PayPal. However, for domestic payments within India, we are using PayU.

Full Payment in Advance: We adhere to a policy of requiring full payment in advance for all our motion graphics services. This means that no work will be initiated until the complete payment has been received. We believe in transparency and efficiency in our processes, ensuring that both parties engage in a clear and mutually beneficial transaction.

Non-Refundable: Facilitating the provision of non-tangible digital products and services, specifically through our platform at www.sheikhsohel.in or www.sheikhsohel.com, we emphasize that all payments made for our motion graphics services, online courses, classes, and tutorials are non-refundable. It is important to note that we do not entertain refund requests under any circumstances, including instances such as payment by mistake, no need for service, project cancellation, changes in requirements, or dissatisfaction with the final deliverables. Once an order is confirmed, refunds are not issued.

Payment Schedule: The payment for our motion graphics services is due in full before the project starts. Once the payment is received, we will initiate the work and keep you updated on the progress.

Late Payment: If payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, we reserve the right to halt the project until the payment is made in full. Any delays in project completion due to late payments will not be our responsibility.

Additional charges on services: Any additional charges incurred during the project, such as extra revisions or modifications, will be communicated to you and will require additional payment before the final deliverables are provided.

Taxes and Fees: All applicable taxes and transaction fees associated with the payment method will be the client's responsibility and will be added to the total cost of the project if Required.

If there is no response for an extended period of time, please note that if two months have elapsed since payment was made and no communication has been received, the order will be marked as complete automatically. Furthermore, it is important to note that we do not offer any revisions after an order has been completed, and as such, any losses incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Client Ownership and Rights: Following the delivery of the final animation or design, the client is granted complete ownership and rights to utilize it without restriction. The client assumes full responsibility for its use, except in the case of our (www.sheikhsohel.in) Ownership and Usage Rights: By placing an order, you authorize me to utilize the logo design and logo animation crafted for you. This authorization extends to showcasing and sharing the work on various online platforms, including social media channels and my website, as an integral part of my portfolio. Moreover, you acknowledge and consent to the incorporation of these designs into video courses and online classes for educational purposes.

 

Our Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon placing an order, you grant me the permission to utilize the logo design and logo animation created for you. This includes the right to showcase and share the work online through social media channels and on my website as part of my portfolio. Additionally, you agree that I may incorporate these designs into video courses and online classes for educational purposes.
